Subscription Terms

Please read these Subscription Terms thoroughly and carefully. The purpose of these Subscription Terms is to establish the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to the learning materials. Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at support@prayers.academy. These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference in the Terms and Conditions of MINDMASTERY Inc. ("Prayers Academy", or "us"), and form part of the agreement between you, the user of the website www.prayers.academy.

Price We may offer subscriptions for services provided through the Website and/or the App. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, you will be automatically charged for the next period. For US users, applicable sales taxes will be added based on your location (e.g., Florida sales tax if applicable). Prices exclude taxes unless stated. If you are an EU or British resident, VAT may be added to your payments per local laws.

Subscription The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each two weeks/month, or otherwise, depending on the option you selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel. As part of the subscription, users may utilize a chat feature within their account dashboard. This feature is mandatory and bundled with all subscriptions; it cannot be separated or opted out of. The chat feature incurs an additional cost of $1 per quarter, billed automatically with your subscription. No additional setup or connections are required to use this feature.

Payment Method Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase upon confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to store your payment data to the extent necessary to provide you our services and to automatically charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.

Cancellation Canceling your subscription means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current period. Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website: You can cancel a period or subscription by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account before the end of the period or then-current subscription, or by contacting our support at support@prayers.academy. We aim to process cancellations within 24-48 hours. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds. For California residents: Our auto-renewal practices comply with California Business & Professions Code Section 17600 et seq., including easy cancellation options.

Changes To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in other prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.

Refunds These refund rights and conditions are applied in addition to any refund rights available to you under the applicable laws. In case you are not certain whether you have a right to a refund, do not hesitate to contact our support team at the email address below and we will find the best solution together. If you purchased a subscription on our website: If you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option ("Money-back guarantee") was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund provided that you contact us within 30 days after your purchase and before the end of your first subscription period and that the following conditions are met: You have followed the to-do tasks at least 5 days (15 tasks) within the first 30 days after the purchase, and read 80% or more of materials; You give us the reasons and evidence for refund other than personal or financial ones (for instance, the content was defective or completely inaccurate, etc.) as explained below. Once you contact us via email support@prayers.academy, we will review your application and notify you (by email) whether your application is approved.

6.1. Important Statement Please note that only fulfillment of all the above requirements allows you to receive a complete voluntary refund under Money-back guarantee. For the sake of clarity, the Money-back guarantee does not apply to the following cases: Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the price would be converted into the subscription, that the subscription would automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.). Please note that you may still cancel your subscription without a voluntary refund by contacting us via email support@prayers.academy.

6.2. Note for EU Residents If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6.3. Note for Brazilian Residents The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signing or receiving the product or service, whenever the purchase occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by phone or at home. Sole paragraph. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal provided in this article, any amounts paid, for any reason, during the reflection period must be refunded immediately.

6.4. Note for California Residents Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU. Therefore, unless the Website and/or the App is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital content, and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service.
